Payments
Can I accept online payments with BookingSync?
Yes, BookingSync make it easy to send a payment request to your guests. Once you have chosen your preferred payment method, BookingSync will generate a link for each booking to allow your guests to pay you the deposit, balance or full amount online.
What payment methods are supported by BookingSync?
BookingSync currently support Ogone DirectLink (Europe), PayPal Website Payments Pro (US and Canada) and PayPal Express (worldwide) as payment methods.
Can I accept cheques or cash with BookingSync?
Yes, BookingSync allow you to accept any kind of payments for your bookings. The payment tracking system allow you to easily identify them to ease your accounting process and ensure that you get paid.

Synchronization
What are the Synchronizers?
BookingSync's Synchronizers are made to save you the tedium of updating multiple calendars. You set them up once, and they will keep your booking calendars updated everywhere.
How BookingSync Synchronizers work?
Once setup, BookingSync's Synchronizers will replace your portals' listing calendar by the bookings present in BookingSync. Then, any updates made into BookingSync will be synchronized with this listing to ensure that your booking calendar remain actualized.
There's some more quiet time and no bookings are made for a few days, it's then a good habit to "mark as up-to-date" your calendars. The Synchronizers will do this on the portals for you as soon as you click the button "mark as up-to-date" within BookingSync.

What is a portal's listing?
A portal's listing refer to your vacation rental advert on a portal. This is a page dedicated to your property on the advertiser's website.
I use 1 listing for multiple properties, how can I do?
A common practice for owners having multiple similar properties is to have only one portal's listing to advertise multiple properties. It's often made to reduce maintenance time and cost.
BookingSync's Synchronizers are made to support such behavior and help property owners to best deal with this situation. When setting up a new Synchronizer you are able to assign multiple properties to a single portal's listing. Doing so, will fusion your properties calendars to best reflect your availability.
It will mark a night as booked only if all your properties are booked, otherwise, it will be left as available.
